Your documents
PDF and image processing happens in your browser. This application does not upload document contents to its server. Files are held in memory during the task. Downloading creates a new copy; your source file is not changed.
Files you choose to save
“Save to My documents” stores the output in IndexedDB on this device. Favorites and saved workflows use this browser’s local storage. These records remain until you remove them or clear browser storage. They do not synchronize across devices.
Account information
If you create an account, the application server stores your name, email address, a salted password hash, and subscription status. An HttpOnly session cookie keeps you signed in. Signing out deletes the current server session. Document contents are not associated with your account on the server.
Payments and advertisements
Paid subscriptions are disabled by default. If activated by the operator, Stripe hosts checkout and manages payment information. This application does not collect card details directly. Ad spaces in this preview are labeled examples. No third-party advertising scripts or analytics trackers are enabled.
Anonymous website statistics
Statistics are off until you choose “Allow statistics.” If you participate, public pages send a page identifier and a random navigation identifier to this application’s server. A first-party HttpOnly cookie lets us count the same browser once per UTC day across tabs. It expires at midnight UTC. Visible pages send a heartbeat every 15 seconds; a browser stops counting as active after 60 seconds without a heartbeat.
Traffic records contain no documents, filenames, query strings, account details, IP addresses, precise locations or raw browser identifiers. Private workspace pages are excluded. Expired anonymous identifiers are removed during server cleanup; aggregated daily counts are retained for 30 days. The public counter shows aggregate totals; detailed page charts and exports require the site owner account. Counts are browser estimates and exclude people who decline statistics. They are not audited human visitor counts.
You can change your choice here. Turning statistics off removes the current anonymous identifier when connected; existing aggregate totals remain.
Be mindful on shared devices
Local browser storage is not an encrypted document vault. Download sensitive results, avoid saving them on shared computers, and clear saved results when finished. Removing a saved file in My documents deletes its local record.
Before public launch
This is a development preview. The operating company, contact channel, retention policies, account deletion process, advertising consent, and jurisdiction-specific legal terms must be finalized before accepting public users or payments.
